During this workshop we'll cover:

Practical tools which can be applied at home to assist with headaches.

An opportunity, for those experiencing a headache on the day, to undergo immediate assessment and receive instant pain relief through techniques such as acupressure and acupuncture.

Participants will observe therapeutic case studies to gain a deeper understanding of practical tools discussed. These case studies will offer firsthand experience in applying holistic approaches to alleviate headache symptoms.
Furthermore, all participants will have the chance to undergo a complimentary Pulse Diagnosis, a traditional Chinese medicine technique used to identify potential underlying factors contributing to headaches. This personalised assessment will provide valuable insights into individual health imbalances.
In addition, attendees have the option to either receive a complimentary acupuncture treatment during the workshop or a week's supply of Chinese Herbal Medicine tailored to their specific category of headache.
